Listen and Talk Talk

Yippee

I am always pleased to hear that companies are actually listening to their customers and implementing useful things.

It seems that too many companies talk a great fight but rarely go that extra mile in doing anything constructive for their customers.

Talk Talk have had a pretty rocky press in terms of customer care so its refreshing to see them being so active.

Too early for a name change to Listen Listen….
