Some interesting individual Retailer reports make up this table.
What is interesting is that all retailers have been able to attract the customers in, First Impressions have all been positive.
Overall Staff and Last Impressions have been fairly mid range.
The two areas for concern in this months review are Customer service and Customer Confidence.
Customer Confidence not scoring highly on the composite results but on individual results there are wide differences.
Both are below average for this sector review and clearly need some attention from the retailers concerned.
